Hello. My name is Filimão Gustavo Monhlane, and I am a logistics technical assistant at AIDGLOBAL in Mozambique. What brought me to the organization was a direct invitation from the head of the AIDGLOBAL Delegation in Chibuto. At the time, he only mentioned a project, but during the interview, I realized that this was an organization with a mission very much in line with what I believe in—acting, including, and developing.
From the beginning of my activities, I found the mission interesting, especially because it focuses on education and community development, areas that interest me and form the basis of my training.
Outside of work, I am a musician; I play guitar, piano, and drums. Music is a passion that inspires me and helps me balance my personal and professional life.
